Very close. We’re on Lexington Drive in Bella Vista, about five minutes away. You’re welcome to visit, or we can meet by phone or video.
I already own one investment. Why can’t I borrow more?
Major lenders assess existing debt at high buffers, so capacity often stalls at property two or three. Using lenders that assess debt differently, in the right order, can open up more room.
Do you charge a fee?
For most residential and investment loans, no. We’re paid commission by the lender, which is disclosed in our Credit Guide and Statement of Credit Assistance.
